How It Works

Setup Phase: Once you call our office and we setup your service tier, we’ll create a custom billing profile for your business.

Intro Phase: We learn how your business earns and spends money in order to create or modify the proper categories for maximized tax benefits.

Building Phase: We set up or convert your existing QuickBooks Desktop file and connect your chart of accounts. We’ll also walk you through connecting your live bank and credit card accounts to be updated live.

Handoff Phase: We walk you through your newly created QuickBooks Online account and send the training packet for your reference when you need it. If you have questions later in the year or need help adjusting your account, you can contact our office to go over the details.

FAQs

Does the $750 Include the QuickBooks Subscription?
No, clients are responsible for their own QuickBooks Online subscription since pricing is based on the options the client picks when first creating their QuickBooks Online account. What we do offer is a discounted price for your QuickBooks Online subscription as an official QuickBooks partnered firm.

How Long Does the Setup Take?
Most setups are done within 3-5 business days but could take longer if we need to transfer accounting data from QuickBooks Desktop or another accounting platform.

Can You Clean Up My Existing QuickBooks Account Instead?
Yes. Cleanup is quoted separately after a general review of your existing account and is typically based on how many transactions we need to review, how far back we need to review, and if we need to fix your existing chart of accounts.

What If I Don’t Want to Handle My Own QuickBooks Online?
Once we’ve cleanup up your existing QuickBooks Online account, many clients choose our Monthly Accounting service to handle their account moving forward. Our Monthly Accounting service starts from $300/month and is based on the average number of monthly transactions. We also offer add-ons such as tax filing and consulting to bundle with our accounting.
