How It Works

Intro: Who it's for, which years, and the deadline. From there, we can go over payment options, timeline, and specific requirements on a case-by-case basis.

Provide Info: Our team needs accurate numbers to go off of, whether you have QuickBooks or other forms of financials, we’ll need access to them in order to review all your financial info to prepare an accurate compilation report.

Compilation: We prepare the statements and flag anything that needs attention. Once our team has thoroughly gone through all available info, we’ll contact you if we need more info or documents before starting the report itself.

Delivery: Delivery times vary widely since every case is different in length, complexity, and usage. When our team is finished with the compilation and subsequent report, you’ll get a one large PDF that contains our cover letter, a summary page with our findings, and full details of what documents and source information was used, any applicable CPA notes, and our final closing statements and professional opinions regarding your case. The compilation will then contain all appropriate signatures at the very bottom of the document.

FAQs

How Long Does a Financial Compilation Take?
Timeframes can vary wildly since compilations are based on various factors such as the length of time we’re reviewing, what the purpose of the compilation is, and whether the accounting has been done properly in the case of business or self-employed clients. Our team will be able to give you a more accurate timeline estimate once we know more about your case.

Will My Bank or Lender Accept a Financial Compilation?
Most banks and lenders accept financial compilations since they act as verified and peer reviewed documents for your financials. To make sure your lender or bank accepts our compilation, it’s best practice to contact them to ensure it is accepted prior to engaging with us.

Can I make Alterations to My Compilation?
While we can add additional documents after our initial intake has passed in order to review and include the new information, we cannot alter our compilation due to the outcome. From a legal standpoint, we cannot charge fees for a certain outcome so in the case of our compilations, the report is merely our professional opinion based on the documents we are provided by our clients, but this does not entitle the client to a specific outcome.
